We process Voice Samples only with explicit consent. Before creating a Voice Model, you must affirmatively confirm that the voice is your own or that you have obtained the explicit, informed consent of the voice owner. You (or the voice owner) may withdraw consent at any time by deleting the Voice Model or contacting us at [email protected]; after withdrawal, we will stop processing the associated voice data and delete it as described below.

How We Use Voice Data:

• We use Voice Samples solely to create and operate the Voice Model you request, and to generate the audio you ask for;
• We do not use Voice Samples or Voice Models to train general-purpose AI models;
• We do not use voice data to identify you or anyone else, and we do not make your Voice Model available to other users;
• We do not sell voice data, and we do not share it with third parties for advertising or marketing purposes;
• We may review voice data where necessary to investigate suspected fraud, impersonation, abuse, or violations of our Terms, or where required by law.

Sharing with Service Providers:

To provide voice cloning, Voice Samples are processed by the third-party AI service providers that power our speech technology, and stored with our cloud storage providers. These providers process voice data only on our instructions to deliver the service and are contractually restricted from using it for their own purposes.

Retention and Deletion:

We retain Voice Samples and Voice Models only for as long as your Voice Model remains active in your account. When you delete a Voice Model, delete your account, or withdraw consent, we delete the associated Voice Samples and Voice Models within thirty (30) days, including instructing our service providers to do the same, except where a longer retention period is required by law or needed to investigate ongoing abuse.

Security:

Voice data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and access is restricted to personnel and systems that need it to operate the service.

Your Data Rights and Deletion Requests
