What's the difference between Free, Writer, Creator, Producer and Business?
Free gives you basic AI tools with daily limits. Writer is for text: unlimited text generation with advanced settings and smarter models, and no multimedia credits. Creator adds image, music and voice generation with 1,000 multimedia credits a month. Producer is the same as Creator with 3,500 credits and 10 voice-clone slots. Business includes 10,000 credits a month for teams working at volume.
How do the multimedia credits work?
Multimedia credits pay for image, music, speech and transcription. An image costs 10 credits, a song 25, speech 10 per 500 characters, transcription 1 per minute. Creator includes 1,000 a month, Producer 3,500 and Business 10,000. Credits come with your subscription - there is nothing extra to buy.
How would Advanced Options impact my output?
Advanced Options give you much more granular control over the AI's output. You can specify tone, style, keywords, and other parameters, making it far more likely you'll get tailored results that perfectly match your needs without requiring extra editing.
How much better are the advanced AI models?
The advanced models on Writer and above are significantly more powerful and accurate. They understand context better, produce more nuanced content, and handle complex requests with greater precision. You'll notice the difference in everything from creative writing to technical content, and in how well tone and style are followed.
What does "unrestricted usage with fair use policy" mean?
Writer, Creator, Producer and Business all include unlimited text generation for normal business and personal use. Multimedia generation (images, audio, music) uses credits and is not unlimited. The fair use policy only prevents abuse such as automated bulk generation or reselling access.
Will the free daily limits be enough for my needs?
Most people find the free daily limits enough for regular content creation. If you need more, Writer gives you unlimited text, and Creator adds image, music and voice generation.
Can I cancel my subscription anytime?
Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time with no penalties or long-term commitments. Your features will remain active until the end of your current billing period. We offer secure payment processing and make cancellation simple through your account settings.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan anytime?
Upgrades take effect immediately: your new plan's credits start the same day, your renewal date moves to today, and you're credited for what you haven't used on your current plan (whichever is less: the unused credits or the unused days). To move to a smaller plan, contact [email protected] to arrange a change at the end of your current billing period.
Do my multi-media credits roll over?
Credits included with your monthly or yearly plan reset at the beginning of each billing cycle and do not roll over. This allows us to provide the best possible pricing for our subscription plans.
What happens if I run out of credits?
If you use up your monthly credits, annual subscribers automatically fall back to their bonus credits. Once monthly and bonus credits are both gone you can upgrade to a larger plan, which starts immediately, or wait for your next billing cycle.
What are Annual Bonus Credits?
Annual subscribers receive a one-time bonus at the start of each subscription year: 1,000 credits on Creator, 3,500 on Producer and 10,000 on Business. Bonus credits are used automatically once your monthly credits run out and stay available for the rest of your subscription year.
